In stock items ship usually ship the same day if processed by 4pm eastern. Orders placed after 4pm Eastern will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm Eastern will be processed the following Monday.
Special order items and back ordered/out of stock items might require 2 to 3 business days to resupply, at which time your order will ship.
If a part is not in stock or back ordered when your order is processed we will notify you if it takes more than 2 business days to ship, not including weekends and holidays.
For example, if you place your order Friday after the cut off time and the part you ordered is out of stock at the moment you will be notified on Monday. If that Monday happens to be a holiday you will receive an email on Tuesday.
The email will update the order status with information on when your order will ship. Please make sure to add us to your safe email list.

Shipping within the US:
We ship within the US, including Hawaii, Alaska, APOs, FPOs, US Territories and Freely Associated States.
We have several shipping methods available via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail and United Parcel Service (UPS).
Priority Mail takes 2-3 days and will require additional time when shipping outside of the lower 48 states.
UPS Ground can take up to 7 days depending on your location. UPS Ground is only available to the lower 48 states and Canada.
For your convenience, we offer expedited services such as Express Mail and Next Day Air (where available). Please ask your friendly sales associates for more information and pricing.
Signature Confirmation and Insurance are available at an additional cost and must be requested at time of order.
USPS, DHL Express and UPS shipping services are available for international orders.
USPS Express mail takes up to 8 days, maybe longer. Priority Mail can take anywhere between 9-15 days and in some rare instances may take up to 40 days.
Please keep in mind the local post office in the US will transfer the package to the destination country’s local post office for final delivery to the recipient. At which point we have to wait to receive information from the destination country’s local post office for all tracking number updates. In some cases this may take up to 40 days or more. This is true for both USPS Priority and Express Mail.
For example, an order shipped to Australia via USPS will be picked up by USPS (United States Postal Service EMS) here and shipped to Australia’s Post Office after it clears the Australian Customs Office. At this point all updates will be posted by the Australian Post Office.
DHL Express takes between 3-7 days, has reasonable rates with a good tracking system.
UPS has excellent tracking and very reliable delivery dates. Times vary depending on location.
Any taxes, duties and or fees associated with importation assigned by your country’s customs department are additional and are to be paid for by the receiver and/or customer.
For your convenience we offer the easiest and best return policy in the industry.
Simply ship the unopened (still in its original packaging) parts you would like to return back to us and make sure you write the order number on the box (a copy of the invoice would be helpful). There are some exception and limitations explained below.
We have a 40 day return policy on all eligible products. No returns or refunds after 40 days from which the order was received. The date is established according to the tracking number; if the tracking number is not available or does not indicate the delivery date, we will estimate 50 days from the date of original purchase.
No returns on electrical parts.
No returns on special orders.
No returns on manuals, and or educational materials.
No returns on technical, service and repair manuals.
Returns will incur a 20% restocking charge.
Items that are damaged in return shipping are the responsibility of customer.
Complete units can be returned within 7 days of original purchase. Unit must be uninstalled and in its original packaging.
Shipping and Handling on returns is the responsibility of the customer. We provide shipping labels on any defective products.
