Items usually ship within 24 hours after payment has posted and cleared. Special order items might require additional time.
Shipping within the US, including Hawaii, Alaska and most territories.
Shipping starts at $7.50 for smaller item to the lower 48 States.
We ship most orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail or United Postal Service (UPS) Ground. Priority Mail takes 2-3 days and UPS Ground can take up to 7 days depending on your location. UPS Ground only available to the lower 48 states and priority mail will require additional time when shipping outside of the lower 48 states.
Express Mail and Next Day Air, where available, will incur an additional fee. Please ask your friendly sales associate for more information.
We also ship to APOs and FPOs via Priority Mail.
Signature Confirmation and Insurance are additional and must be requested at time of order.
USPS, DHL Express and UPS shipping services are available for international orders.
USPS Express mail takes up to 8 days. Priority Mail can take anywhere between 9-15 days.
Please keep in mind the local post office here will transfer the box to the destination country local postal office for final delivery to the recipient. At that point we have to wait to receive information from the destination country local post office for all tracking number updates and in some cases it may take up to 40 days or more. This is true for both USPS Priority and Express Mail.
DHL Express takes from 5-9 days and have reasonable rates.
UPS has the best tracking and very reliable delivery dates. Time varies depending on location.
Any taxes, duties and or fees are additional and paid by the receiver and or customer.

No returns on technical, service and repair manuals.
Authorized returns will incur a 20% restocking charge.
No returns or refunds after 40 days from the date you received the order. Date established according to the tracking number; if tracking number is not available or does not indicate deliver date than 45 days from the date of original purchase.
Items damaged in return shipping are the responsibility of customer.
Complete units could be returned within 7 days of original purchase.
Shipping and Handling each way is the responsibility of the customer.
