Items usually ship within 24 hours after payment has posted and cleared. Special order items might require more time.
Shipping starts at $9.99 for automatic transmission kits to the lower 48 States.
We ship most orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail service. Priority Mail takes 2-3 days for domestic service and 7-11 days for international service.
Express Mail or Overnight Mail, where available, will incur an additional fee. Please ask your friendly sales associate for more information.
International Priority Shipping usually takes 7 to 11 days to reach its destination. It is not uncommon to take up to 15 days in some instances.
Return Policy
For your convenience:- No returns on electrical parts.
- No returns on special orders.
- No returns on manuals, and or educational materials.
- No returns on technical, service and repair manuals.
- Authorized returns will incur a 20% restocking charge.
- No returns or refunds after 7 days of original purchase date.
- Items damaged in return shipping are the responsibility of customer.
- Shipping and Handling each way is the responsibility of the customer.
